There are courses which build on each other. Each course comprises of 24 hours by 1 hour per week (approx. 6 months). The courses are held in small groups of about 6 people.
(Due to the current high incidence numbers, there are only single training courses. During the time we waive the single course surcharge. Persons from the same household may continue to train together).
